Louise is a fully qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher who has been studying yoga for more than 20 years. She is a dedicated practitioner, attending classes and workshops with senior teachers to improve her practice and understanding. Her classes are energetic and upbeat. Louise is keen to help everybody to improve, no matter what your shape or size! She brings a sense of enthusiasm and humour to her classes. Students work hard but have fun.

Louise teaches yoga classes on most days of the week in a variety of venues in North London. She can also run yoga classes in your workplace or home.
